12oz/340g dried macaroni

4oz/113g low fat cheese

1 tsp dried red chilli flakes

9oz/255g quark

2 egg yolks lightly beaten

salt & pepper

 Method РPreheat oven to 200 degrees. Boil macaroni in a pan. Meanwhile mix together the low fat cheese, chilli flakes, quarls & egg yolks in a large bowl and season well. Add the pasta & toss to coat evenly. Put the pasta in an ovenproof dish and bake for 15-20 mins or until lightly browned on top.
