Slimming world sweet scones
Gas mark 6 for approx 30 mins. You could turn these into fruit scones by adding raisins or currants – but remember to syn the fruit!
- 1 pkt instant mash
- Mullerlight (or other fat free yogurt)
- ⅔ eggs seasoning
- Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together until you have a pastry consistency
- Line a baking tin with baking parchment.
- Take your mix out onto pastry board and start to flatter it with the palm of your hand until ¾” thick and cut out with pastry cutter,
- Place scones onto baking tray and spray with frylight.
- Place near the top of the oven.
- Gas mark 6 for 40/45mins
